  1. Money Mindset

    Explore your money story, created from childhood. Understand your present relationship with money. Explore limiting beliefs that currently hold you back. Create new possibilities and choose a new perspective around money that will serve you best in negotiation.

  2. Your Personal Value

    We will co-create a 3-part blueprint for your personal value. Part 1 quantifies the qualifications that you bring to your professional life, based on skills and experience. Part 2 explores the value created with you + the employer / client. Part 3 brings in your unique strengths and the way you amplify others around you.

  3. Money Talk + Research

    Break the taboo around money by practicing scripts and having conversations with mentors, colleagues and peers around rates and salary. Build your negotiation case based on the data gathered from these conversations and 3rd party research.

  4. Know What You Want

    Explore what really matters to you in the position. When would you be willing to walk away? Practice asking for what you want, both in terms of numbers and other job benefits or skills.
