You’re doing the work and you’re still stuck.
Let’s go deeper.
TRAINED WITH TEO ALFERO · CERTIFIED SHAMANIC PRACTITIONER, FOUNDATION
OF THE SACRED STREAM · IFS-INFORMED PARTS WORK · ICF PCC COACH
You’ve done the talk therapy. You’ve read all the books. You can name your patterns and trace where they came from. Yet a few of them remain intransigent.
That’s usually where I come in.
Insight lives in the mind, and the patterns that keep repeating often live somewhere deeper, in your energy, your body, and the lineage you carry. Shamanic work meets those patterns in non-ordinary reality. I’ll teach you to journey and connect with your own guides. When negative stories won’t shift, I work with your energy and emotions to heal parts that have been lost and release what was never yours to carry.
I know that place because I lived there. I came to this work as a skeptic, after twenty-two years as a data-driven executive in Silicon Valley. My spiritual coaching draws on shamanism and Buddhism, and I’m completing ordination as a Buddhist minister. You don’t need to share my beliefs, or hold any religious beliefs at all, to begin.
I’ll be direct about what I see.
What people bring me, and what shifts
Burnout and overwhelm
You push hard, do it well, and do it now. Yet the pressure never really lets up, and the only time it eases is when someone tells you you're doing a good job. Often that drive started long before your career did, as a way of staying safe.
What shifts: you understand the patterns behind what's been driving you so hard, and start to trust that you can ease off.
Finding your voice
You know what you think. Yet in the room with powerful people, it doesn't come out, or it comes out and nobody seems to hear it. Underneath, there's an old conviction that no one is really listening to you anyway.
What shifts: you understand and reconnect with all the earlier times when a younger you learned to go quiet, and you speak from a steadier, more grounded place.
Most people who find me are high achievers who've already done a lot of inner work. They usually arrive carrying one of these:
Navigating transitions
A co-founder steps away, a role stops fitting, a move you keep postponing, a loss you can't get over. You can weigh the options for months and still feel frozen at the threshold.
What shifts: you get a different vantage point on the threshold, and guidance from outside your own looping thoughts.
Creativity unleashed
You want to carve out time to make or build. Yet the energy to begin never arrives, while the day-to-day firefighting takes everything you have. Creative energy gets buried under the overwhelm.
What shifts: clear out the blockages, and come back into contact with spirit, creativity, and flow.
The work itself
We start by taking your emotional biography and connecting you with a guide. Each subsequent session is shaped around what you bring and what your system is ready for. These are the practices we draw on.
Shamanic Journeying
You learn to meet your own guides, to form a relationship and to create your own curiosity-based meditation practice.
Soul Retrieval
We bring home parts of yourself that split off during hard moments in your past.
Inner Coming to Peace
Similar to Internal Family Systems, we help the parts of you that are in conflict (like the one that pushes and the one that wants rest), hear each other and find peace.
Power Retrieval
We restore the energy that’s been given away to other people, unhealthy work scenarios, and draining emotions.
Cord Cutting and Lineage Work
We cut energetic cords and release karmic patterns, so you’re carrying only what’s truly yours.
Outer Coming to Peace
Conflict resolution for couples and groups. When you keep having the same fight, we get underneath it, so each person feels heard and you can find your way back to each other.
What’s changed for clients
Finding Her Voice
She ran engineering and was excellent at it. Yet with the company's strong-willed founders, she struggled to push back and say what she really thought. Through a time-traveling regression, we went back to a part of her that had been in conflict with her dad when she was a little girl, and reintegrated that part. That session unlocked a real shift. Paired with the communication skills from our coaching, it gave her the full confidence to lead as herself.
Making Change Stick
A fellow executive coach wanted two things: more access to his intuition, and eating and exercise habits that would last as he aged. He'd tried the habits on their own before, and they never stuck. Through shamanic journeying, he built a regular practice of connecting with his guides and listening to their counsel. This time, alongside a medically supported eating plan, the changes held.
Moving Through Grief
When her two dogs died, she was paralyzed by grief. As we explored its different depths, we found it was tied to earlier losses in her life and to places where she'd become estranged from family. As we worked through those layers, the heaviness lessened, and she was able to return to her everyday life.
In their own words
“Working with Tutti was truly transformational. I wasn’t familiar with Shamanic coaching at the outset but Tutti’s unique combination of design leadership coaching with the creative intuition building of Shamanic coaching really brought me new ways of thinking about my own Leadership practice and path”
“I had the honor of experiencing a shamanic healing session with Tutti at a time when I was at a crossroads, unsure of the direction to take my business. I was seeking a way to serve my clients that would be truly aligned with my core values. The experience was more than I could have ever hoped for.
Tutti’s words spoke straight to my soul, each one carrying a depth of insight and truth that struck me powerfully. Her guidance has helped me reconnect with my passion and purpose, instilling a renewed sense of strength in my work. Since our session, abundance has flowed effortlessly—new clients have been drawn to me “out of the blue,” and my business now feels deeply aligned with who I am.
I am so grateful for Tutti’s wisdom, intuition, and gift. She helped me realign my path with clarity and power, and I would recommend her to anyone seeking true healing and reconnection with their authentic self.”
“I met with Tutti every month for a year, and I am a richer person from our engagement. Tutti is a gifted orator, sensitive to the signals of others, firmly rooted in her own identity, and clear about her path in this world. She has done the work to learn and practice cross-cultural spiritual traditions and she enlightens the room with this earned knowledge. She brings a modern-day lens, one forged through years as a design leader in Silicon Valley tech to the experience. Tutti is a living example of integration and enrichment and I am grateful that she conveys rich spiritual traditions into our digitally forward lives.”
“Tutti opened channels and possibilities that I never knew existed. Our journey together opened new intuitive pathways that continue to show up in my life in exciting ways. Trust the process! Trust Tutti as a guide!”
How I came to this work
I spent twenty-two years in my first career as a tech executive in Silicon Valley. I ran design teams, so I always had an innate sense of the creative process, yet I was unabashedly logical, rational, and data-driven.
In 2019, I left to work for myself as a leadership coach, speaker, and author. A few months in, during a deep processing session in my coach training, I had a lightning bolt of internal knowing. The message that came through:
I am a witch
I immediately dismissed it as ridiculous. I don’t believe in all this woo woo spiritual mumbo jumbo, said my rational skeptic. And yet, I was a “good student,” so I set out to find an intuitive coach, and was promptly rejected by the first two I talked to. They told me I wasn’t ready.
Over the next year, I did more somatic work, explored my inner child, and studied Internal Family Systems, all still within the acceptable, logical world of psychology. I was getting closer to ready.
In 2022, I unexpectedly found my first teacher, Teo Alfero, and embarked on a year of rigorous witch training with a coven of seven women. We worked with Zoom-based energetic practices and went deeper in medicine-assisted multi-day ceremonies.
Since then, I’ve been in deep shamanic training with the Foundation of the Sacred Stream, where I’m a certified Shamanic Practitioner and nearly finished with my Depth Hypnosis certificate. I’ve also come back to the Buddhist practices of my childhood in Thailand. Over the past couple of years I’ve deepened them, including a 10-day silent Vipassana retreat, and I’m now a couple of months away from ordination as a Buddhist minister.
My spiritual and energetic practices give me a depth of confidence and well-being I’ve never experienced before. I’ve (mostly) stopped seeking definitive proof of this work and have learned to trust the change I see in myself and my clients.
Roots and research
My Lineage
I’m Thai Chinese, and I grew up going to temples and listening to Buddhist monks chant without knowing what they were saying. I remember my grandmother sitting in the prayer room in front of Guanyin, the goddess of compassion. I didn’t understand or believe all of it then. Deep inside, it’s all still there.
In Thailand, Buddhism and the spirit world live side by side. Every home has a spirit house, and you make offerings to the spirits of the land before you build, move or begin something new. I suppressed all of that for years in favor of the cult of rationality. Coming to shamanic practice as an adult helped me remember my spiritual roots. I’m a certified Shamanic Practitioner at the Foundation of the Sacred Stream, and I’ll soon be ordained there as a Buddhist minister.
The Science
I hold two things at once. I trust the change I see in myself and my clients, and I’m still the data-driven executive who wants to know what can be measured. So I’ve been gathering the research: what’s well proven, what’s just emerging, and where the questions are still wide open.
